Responsibilities
- Work on an inside phone-based sales team in the real estate appraisal industry
- Sales Retention: Help existing customers with their annual subscription renewals
- Sales Growth: Engage with existing customers via phone email understand their needs recommend additional suitable products Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders ensure timely follow-up Problem-Solving Address resolve customer inquiries complaints technical issues business objections current prospective customers professional timely manner Record Maintenance Documenting client prospective client needs level engagement applicable sales intel Customer Service Provide exceptional service both customers prospects Collaboration Work closely others sales team departments seamless customer experience h2Qualifications b ul li1+ years of customer service experience li Sales experience preferred not required li Solid written verbal communication skills li Proficient Google Chrome Microsoft Word Outlook Able ask questions quickly identify solutions customers Comfortable making cold calls prospective clients Strong customer service skills Coachable able implement changes constructive criticism Works well team environment independently Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Suite Technologically adept /ul/p>
