Join a boutique, private-pay dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice in Manhattan's Flatiron district, led by one of the country's most decorated surgeons Hooman Khorasani, MD.
Our small, high-touch team delivers white-glove care to a discerning clientele.Compensation:
$ $35.00 per hour
Full-time, ~40 hours/week with occasional overtime | Monday–Friday | In-person

About Our Practice
Dr. Khorasani is a world-renowned, quadruple board-certified surgeon specializing in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, and Mohs micrographic surgery. As the longest-tenured Chief of Dermatologic and Cosmetic Surgery at Mt. Sinai Hospital, he trained many of today's top surgeons and co-founded the Tisch Skin Cancer Institute.

Your Responsibilities
Client Experience & Patient Coordination
Serve as the welcoming face of our practice, creating exceptional first impressions and personalized experiences
Manage all patient communications across phone, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism and warmth
Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments while optimizing patient flow
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions throughout patient visits
Financial Coordination
Present and discuss treatment plans and associated fees with confidence and transparency
Collect and accurately log all fees and deposits for private-pay services
Ensure all required documentation, consent forms, and financial agreements are completed prior to procedures
Administrative Excellence
Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance protocols
Communicate with patients via Klara, our HIPAA-compliant messaging platform
Track patient inquiries and consultations to support practice growth
Ensure the reception area remains pristine, organized, and welcoming
Manage incoming calls with refined phone etiquette, providing helpful and timely responses
Requirements
Required:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to learn new software/EHR systems quickly
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred:
1+ year of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end client services
Medical terminology knowledge
Experience with treatment plan presentation and financial coordination
Familiarity with Klara or similar HIPAA-compliant patient communication platforms
Familiarity with NexTech or similar EMR systems
