    Job Summary
    The Adjunct Instructor for Physics will report to the Department Chair for General Education and Developmental Studies. Teaches Physics (lecture and lab) and/or Physical Science (lecture and lab).
    Teaching assignments may include days, evenings, online, traditional students, Dual Credit/Early College High School.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, speak, listen, and see.

    The employee is occasionally required to sit, lift, pull, and carry objects.


    Working conditions:
    Normal Classroom setting. Minimum Qualifications A Masters Degree in the subject area. A Masters Degree with 18 graduate hours in the subject area. Ability to plan, schedule, and manage projects and assignments. Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching both lecture and laboratory courses.
    Experience teaching online using the Blackboard learning management system.
    Experience teaching at a two-year college or university. Salary Depends on course load Work Hours Schedule will vary.
