- Processing payments and invoices for the received grants
- Processing purchase orders
- Allocating the budgets for each grant to ensure it is aligned with purchase orders
- Confirming timesheets for employees that work on the grants team
- Intermediate excel experience
- 2+ years accounting experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting or experience equivalent
