Job DescriptionYou will lead and evolve our international manufacturing accounting teams located in Costa Rica, Mexico and China.

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the execution of the accounting strategy within each region, working closely with your leaders, located in each country, to ensure their plans align to corporate goals.

ResponsibilitiesLead high performing teamsBuild and maintain relationships across the organizationAttract, hire, and develop top talentDevelop strategic plans and drive improvement projectsBe responsible for the general ledger for accounting across multiple legal entitiesComplete financial analysis (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Budget, Estimates, Fixed Assets, Inventories)Balance account reconciliationsPlan and manage the efficient conduct of financial auditsEnsure completion Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process for these entitiesPlan and manage statutory activities and financial compliance across these jurisdictionsTake initiative to problem solve and affect change when neededRequirementsQualificationsBS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or a Master's degree in AccountingProficient in Microsoft Office packagesHaving international experience a plus (e.g.
