    The Interim Geriatric Psych Director will lead the day-to-day operations of a 17-bed geriatric psych department within a healthcare facility, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer.

    The director will focus on initiatives such as survey readiness, patient quality, safety protocols, and performance improvement.


    The successful candidate should have experience in behavioral health, preferably geriatric care, and a masters degree in psychology or a related field.

    An active RN license is also required, and candidates should be prepared to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.
