    is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of

    Wealth Management Portfolio Manager

    in one of our Sunflower Bank locations in

    Dallas, Colorado, or Scottsdale

    The

    Wealth Management Portfolio Manager

    will sit on the Investment Committee and contribute to the oversight of the bank's investment platform.

    This individual is responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance of the bank's investment models, as well as account rebalancing and trade execution.

    Additionally, the Portfolio Manager will research securities and products utilized by the Firm in managing client assets.

    The position also develops insightful investment analysis and content designed to inform key internal and external stakeholders about Sunflower Wealth Management's investment capabilities.

    Primary Responsibilities
    Undertake in-depth due diligence on investment products and securities in the management of investment models and client portfolios.
    Conduct detailed portfolio analysis and model construction.
    Participate in the composition of monthly/quarterly investment commentary development to support external communication needs.
    Responsible for rebalancing and trade execution using a tax-managed approach.
    Provide ongoing monitoring of portfolios to maintain their compliance with the assigned objective and model per clients' Investment Policy Statement
    Maintain a thorough understanding of market conditions and global economic outlook with respect to models, portfolios, and trading.
    Support the Director of Portfolio Management with ongoing market commentary and collateral.

    Support Wealth Advisors in developing new business by providing in-depth portfolio analysis and communicating the investment team's value proposition to prospective clients.

    Assist the Relationship Management team with client meeting preparation and presentation.

    Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.

    Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
    Understand and participate in the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act program.
    Education / Experience
    Minimum of 5 years in Portfolio Management or related roles.
    Bachelor's degree required; CFA designation highly preferred.
    Knowledge of investment concepts, strategies, styles, and analytical methodologies from the total portfolio and individual security perspectives
    Ability to synthesize and present to a range of constituents.
    Experience using Portfolio Analytics in Bloomberg or FactSet in addition to executing trades in client accounts.
    Familiarity with tax overlay trading strategies as well as account performance reporting preferred.
    Must be bondable.
    Working Conditions
    Sedentary work.

    Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
