    Position Overview

    The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a pivotal role in partnering with the Distribution Center's (DC) senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that foster organizational and people development.

    The Senior HRBP will be instrumental in driving the culture, retention, and success planning within the DC, aligning HR initiatives with business needs, particularly in seasonal hiring and workforce management.

    Key Responsibilities
    Act as a key business partner to the DC senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
    Design and execute HR programs independently to build a strong company culture, enhance employee retention, and facilitate succession planning.
    Collaborate with the executive leadership team on a national level to align HR strategies with business objectives.
    Serve as a liaison with our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider to oversee a large population of hourly employees.
    Lead performance management initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
    Manage seasonal hiring campaigns and contingent labor workforce strategies.

    Work in tandem with the internal Talent Acquisition (TA) team and RPO to proactively meet the hiring needs of the DC.

    Spearhead employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
    Facilitate employee development, headcount planning, and collaborate with finance to maintain optimal staffing levels.
    Oversee labor force planning and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs, including engagement events and team-building activities.
    Drive continuous improvement in workforce management and labor standards.
    Thrive in an agile and fast-paced work environment, adaptable to change.
    Education

    Required:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.

    Preferred:
    MBA or Masters degree in related field with HR certification.
    Experience

    Required: 5-8 years in HR Generalist role and 3 years in HRBP role.

    Preferred:
    Over 5 years of HR experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment.

    Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

    In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, HRIS, and talent management systems, preferably ADP.
    Upholds integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    Ability to prioritize, delegate effectively, and utilize resources efficiently.
    Maintains a workspace that is organized, welcoming, and tidy.
    Physical Abilities
    Able to remain in a seated position for prolonged periods.
    Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
    Must be able to move throughout the facility to access various departments.
