    ???? Join Our Leadership Team:
    Seeking a Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehab to lead and manage our expanding Cardiopulmonary and Neuro-diagnostic services. Our 250-bed facility is renowned for pioneering minimally invasive surgery and comprehensive stroke care. As a Director, you will oversee the technical, fiscal, and administrative activities of the department, ensuring alignment with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • ???? Direct and manage all aspects of Cardiopulmonary and Neuro-diagnostic Services.
    • ???? Ensure services comply with the College of American Pathologists standards, JCAHO, and all relevant regulations.
    • ???? Develop policies and procedures to meet these standards.
    • ???? Maintain department competence in patient care across all ages.
    • ???? Establish working relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • ???? Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Respiratory Therapy.
    • ????????? Minimum of five years' experience in Respiratory Care, with at least two years in a managerial/supervisory role.
    • ???? Must hold a current Florida License as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
    • ?? Must have BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
    • ???? Must have experience in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.
