Description
As part of Signature Medical Group we have a well-established Dermatology practice less than an hour from Boston.
We are looking for a Medical Director for our Division of Dermatology to enhance our growing specialty practice We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience that will work collaboratively with the Dermatology providers, PCPs and ancillary services to identify and implement quality initiatives for Dermatological care. The Medical Director will serve as clinical mentor within the Division of Dermatology and work with SMG Leadership to identify and achieve growth opportunities.
This is an active practice with a wide range of complex and routine cases. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity with a schedule of 4 clinical days, 1 admin day and no Hospital call.
We are looking for a physician that shares our vision of delivering quality care in our community. You will join an organization that employs over 150 Physicians, with over 60 Primary Care Physicians practicing across 18 ambulatory offices. We are a multi-site multi-specialty non-profit organization caring for a diverse patient population. Our affiliations with Beth Israel Deaconess HMFP bring top specialists, including Oncologist and Orthopedic Surgeons to our community.

Competitive starting two-year base salary guarantees, then lucrative wRVU and quality-based compensation.

Requirements:
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Dermatology.
MA Medical License, MA CSR, and Federal DEA.
Team leadership or programmatic development experience required
