    How will you make an impact?We are looking for an inspiring leader with a technical bioprocessing background to define and implement bioproduction applications marketing strategy, bringing our bioproduction strategy, content and messages to life.

    What will you do?Lead the development and execution of content strategies across business units and campaigns and create best-in-class written content for marketing communications including application notes, case studies, white papers, thought leadership articles, webinars, and moreDevelop a deep understanding of our customers and speak to their pain points and decision drivers, build content that engages customers at all points along the sales funnelWork closely with Product Management, R&D and Market Development to develop content roadmap that aligns to business priorities, campaigns, product launches and eventsSource and leverage KPI data to inform content strategy and be a thought partner to Market Development in ideating marketing strategiesPartner with Market Development to design impactful, content-rich, multichannel nurture programsWork with other Content leaders across the organization to implement best practicesContinuously optimize content approach based on historical learning and data driven experimentationHow will you get here?EducationBachelor's degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Healthcare-related field, advanced degree preferred Experience5 or more years of experience in Marketing, Application Marketing, Content Marketing or related fieldKnowledge of the biopharma/ bioprocessing industry preferredKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesDevelop and deliver persuasive presentations to larger groups (proficiency in Powerpoint required)Proven capability in copywriting and editing, excellent written and verbal communication skillsBuilding effective relationships with team members and customersAbility to take complex information and communicate it clearly, in simple and understandable language for our target audienceData-driven and highly analyticalExcellent project management skills and ability to respond to evolving prioritiesExperience working in a large, matrixed organizationThe successful candidate will have experience supporting value propositions with engaging content that drive customers through the funnel.

    This role will work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product Management and Applications teams to lead strategic-planning, creation, and management for a breadth of content.

    Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $143,000.00–$214,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
