Job summary
The Assistant Manager uses a combination of people leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving skills, technical expertise and industry experience to aid the department's Manager in delivering a quality product to our customer while ensuring the safety needs of all team members are met in the Body Weld area.

Responsibilities
+- Ensures safety of self and others by following all Safety Policies/Procedures and wearing all required PPE +
- Develop and lead Group Leaders in all areas such as employee relations problem solving TPS setting and achieving goals manufacturing processes scheduling equipment problems etc. +
- Work closely with department in the areas of safety quality and 5S Ensure programs are maintained the department is following all standards appropriate training is effectively given to all employees. +
