    Job Summary:

    As a Zone Production Manager, you will maintain complete accountability and responsibility ensuring that all plants are operated safely, reliably and efficiently while achieving the key performance indicators and annual plan objectives agreed upon with the head of on-site operations.

    Principal Responsibilities:
    Display leadership and assist with employee developmentEnsure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards, including process engineering and safety both locally and globallyEffectively manage site technical documentation related to Environmental permits, quality and safety requirementsAssure availability and reliability of plants to meet contractual commitments to on-site customersAssure proper information data availability for Global Historian and Enterprise Asset Management Drive continuous on-site improvementPerform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    A bachelor's degree preferably in chemical or mechanical engineering.
    A minimum of eight years' experience preferably in industrial, chemicals, or the engineering industry.
    A minimum of five years' experience in process plan operations.
    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and execution skills.
    Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
