    Description

    Position Overview: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, developing forecasts, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data to support business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Perform financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning decisions.
    2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and trend identification.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and insights for budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
    4. Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
    5. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by management.
    6. Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
    7. Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for executive meetings
    8. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
    Requirements

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CPA designation is a plus.
    • 2+ years of experience in public accounting, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
    • Advanced Excel skills; experience with MS Power Platform, ERP systems (e.g., Infor CSI, CyberQuery), and consolidation software (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management) is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
