    Job Description:

    Location: 1003 Plum Valley Lane, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129

    Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Saturday (with one day off during the week typically on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)

    Position Type: Draw + Commission only after a 60-day training period

    Starting Pay: $2,000 semi-monthly salary during the training period

    Pay Range after 60-day Period: $55,000 - $150,000 per year

    Building rapport with guests and creating long-term relationships will be key to your success. Client Advisor Sales Professionals are the salespeople of Schomp, partnering with our guests through the entire sales process to determine what vehicle will best fit their wants and needs.

    Our One Price, One Person, One Hour model provides a transparent and seamless sales experience for our guests. Client Advisors feel at ease when they can offer every guest the best price upfront

    Responsibilities:
    • Initiate and maintain lasting relationships with customers
    • Conduct needs analysis to promote a suitable product and close the sale
    • Responsible for selling the vehicle, and finance and insurance (F&I) products
    • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features
    • Use the client relationship management system for leads, sales, communications, and future opportunities
    • Generate sales via walk-ins, internet leads, and phone calls; Client Advisors do not make cold calls
    • Attend and successfully pass sales training at the start of employment

    Requirements:
    • A heart for customer care; hospitality or guest service experience preferred
    • Retail sales, personal banking, real estate or leasing agent experience a plus
    • Personal Trainer experience is a plus
    • Bartender or food service experience is a plus
    • Ability to follow a process and follow through on detailed transactions
    • Able to work Saturdays and holidays, with a typical schedule between 9:30 am to 7 pm
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Clean driving record, or, minimal violations
