    Celestar Corporation is seeking a

    Mid-level Collection Operations Manager

    supporting the

    United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2)

    located at

    MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida

    and

    Responsibilities:


    The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.

    Provides input to collection management, assessing current collection, advise tasking of collection platforms and assets. Identify collection gaps, trends and opportunities; test assumptions, and recommends refined collection.

    Supports development of collection strategies that leverage multiple disciplines to fulfill intelligence gaps.

    Reviews and evaluates collection and evaluate sources.

    Assesses information and provide recommendations and analysis regarding the accuracy, completeness and analytic fidelity of all- source intelligence.

    Collects, reviews, and analyzes intelligence to determine if adequate information flow exists and identify potential gaps.

    Recommends solutions to determine effective and efficient strategies.

    Required Experience:


    Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

    Education

    :


    Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S.

    Department of Education; or have an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 12 years, as a substitute to the Bachelor's degree.
