The bartender/server is responsible for serving food and beverages with the highest level of customer service to guests throughout the restaurant and pool area.

- Shows up for work on –time in uniform with all tools, pens, wine opener, pad.
- Accurately describes menu items, Property history, specialty drinks and wine for complete guest satisfaction
