    Salary Range:
    $138,976.00 To 218,887.00 Annually

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations at our Mukilteo, Washington location.
    This position is responsible for all operational and fulfillment functions for HealthFirst.

    The scope of this role will include, but is not limited to, operations, demand planning, vendor management, supply chain, assembly, fulfillment, and facilities.

    This role will develop and lead the operational team and infrastructure, which will support and scale organic and accretive growth for HealthFirst.

    As part of the senior leadership team, this role will participate in the strategic planning and budgeting process.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Responsible for directing and coordinating the daily operations including talent development, safety, planning, scheduling, manufacturing, engineering warehousing and distribution.

    Define and implement key metrics to measure operational performance in terms of safety, product quality, service level, cost management and new product introduction.

    Drive a culture of operational excellence that will positively impact safety, quality and service improvements while reducing costs through various continuous improvement techniques, including Lean.

    Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory and compliance throughout the operations and participate in all regulatory audits as required. (FDA, FAA, DEA, NABP, etc.)
    Participate in development of annual operations budget including CAPEX.
    Build organizational capabilities and the talent to support business requirements.
    Support new product development activities including demand planning and product launches in support of the commercial business.
    Ensures that inventory controls are in place and functioning effectively by monitoring cycle counting results and adjustments.

    SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
    12+ years' experience in Operations Management in warehousing, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain functions
    Proven leadership and management skills in a highly regulated growth environment
    Demonstrated performance in exceeding outlined financial goals
    Long term experience with KPI report development and possesses a continuous improvement mentality
    Proven ability to lead and drive change in a dynamic business environment
    Strong history of financial and customer service success
    Record of successfully introducing and implementing strategic initiatives
    Budgeting and forecasting experience required

    MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
    Typically, 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 5 or more years management experience


    PREFERRED EDUCATION:
    Typically, a bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline
