    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have experience working in a reception or restaurant environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to phone calls in a polite and courteous manner, directing callers to the relevant department as needed.
    • Greet visitors warmly and assist with any inquiries they may have.
    • Maintain the reception area and common spaces in a clean and organized state at all times.
    • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and computers on a regular basis.
    • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and incoming calls.
    • Receive and distribute mail and packages, and maintain inventory of supplies.
    • Ensure the office filing system is up-to-date and well-maintained.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an office environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Able to type at a minimum speed of 35 wpm.
    • Excellent communication and phone skills.

    This role offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
