As a strategy and change management analyst, you'll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop strategic communications plans, organizational designs, and change strategy implementation. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

    You Have:

    • 5+ years of experience in change management supporting senior executive clients or program executive offices delivering enterprise-scale change management within large organizations
    • 3+ years of experience with Department of Defense management support
    • Experience with linking organizational management processes with organizational capabilities
    • Experience with informational technology service management operating models in complex technology portfolio management
    • Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools such as Prosci
    • Knowledge of technological, organizational, and social trends regarding digital transformation
    • Ability to distill and articulate complex messages in oral and written forms for technical and non-technical audiences
    • Ability to display progression and growth within the Organizational Change Management discipline
    • Secret clearance
    • Bachelor's degree

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
