- Monitoring and administering medication and treatments to Residents.
- Recording Resident care services accurately.
- Ensuring the safety of Residents and staff through adherence to protocols.
- Addressing Resident needs and issues effectively with a team approach.
- Maintaining quality care standards and resident confidentiality.
- Experience with full-time, sub-acute, and Sigmacare is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Valid New York State RN License.
- Preferably experienced in Long-Term Care.
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office.
- Strong communication abilities.
