    Description


    We are a family-owned and operated cleaning business that believes in providing exceptional service and going above and beyond - we take great pride and responsibility to be in clients' homes. This is a new and growing business and our goal is to continue to grow, multiplying our clients and teams. We intend to hire someone in this position who can give us at least a one-year commitment.
    • We provide all materials and equipment
    • $17 per hour to start, up to $20 in the first year, depending on level of skill.
    • Paid lunch hour
    HOURS:
    • Monday-Thursday 8AM-4PM
    • Fridays off every week
    • 1 week PTO the first year
    • Paid Holidays (Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year Day, Memorial Day)
    • 20-40 hours per week
    **Our hours are currently based on what jobs we have for the day. Sometimes the start time is 9AM, and sometimes you wrap up at about 2PM for the day. As we get busier, the hours will be more consistent.

    Responsibilities

    •Transport, care for, and maintain all supplies and equipment. All equipment should be organized and clean.

    •Communicate with the team about morning meet up and schedule of the day

    •Communicate with customers if we need to adjust schedule in the day

    •At the end of each day, take all supplies home and clean/sanitize equipment and supplies to get them ready for the next clean

    •Ensure our cleaning process and procedures are observed in each home

    •Ensure our employee safety process and procedures are observed in each home

    Qualifications

    •Experienced residential cleaner with references are strongly encouraged but not mandatory

    •Background check and drug test will be conducted before hiring

    •References will be checked before hiring

    •Attention to detail

    •Top-tier customer service

    •Positive, encouraging communication style

    •Reliable transportation, large enough for supplies
