    Description
    Job Title: Buyer
    Salary Range: $22 - $26 per hour
    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible

    Job Description for Buyer:

    We are seeking a motivated Buyer to join our team. As a Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective system for monitoring purchase orders. Your duties will include delivering a weekly purchase order report to supervisors, ensuring all deliveries meet assigned orders, and reporting any back-ordered or missing products. You will collaborate with the management team to maintain inventory levels and materials regularly and communicate effectively to ensure order accuracy. If you have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities for Buyer:
    • Develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders.
    • Deliver a weekly purchase order report to supervisors, including invoice numbers for all closed orders.
    • Collaborate with the management team to ensure all deliveries satisfy assigned orders and report any back-ordered or missing products.
    • Assist the Supply Chain Manager in maintaining inventory levels and materials regularly.
    • Communicate effectively with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate.
    Qualifications for Buyer:
    • Previous experience in purchasing or procurement preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
