    Description

    Our client are hiring a Strategic Project Lead to own the end-to-end execution of high-stakes AI data projects for world-class clients building next-generation generative image, audio, music, and video models.

    This is a highly operational, hands-on role at an early-stage AI company building the infrastructure behind frontier multimodal systems. You'll act as the primary point of contact for leading AI labs, orchestrate complex workflows, manage teams of creative expert contributors, and ensure every deliverable meets an exceptionally high quality bar.

    What You'll Do

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier AI lab clients, building trust and long-term partnerships
    • Translate client objectives into clear, executable project plans
    • Design, run, and optimize large-scale data pipelines from specification through final delivery
    • Recruit, vet, onboard, and manage teams of creative expert contributors at scale
    • Drive execution across multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality, speed, and efficiency

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience in a high-intensity operational role (consulting, finance, startups, project management, or data operations)
    • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects end to end
    • Strong client-facing experience with ownership over delivery and outcomes
    • Background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (strong plus)
    • Experience working with creative professionals or in creative industries (media, design, entertainment) is a bonus
