Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Nebraska
  
• Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, IV certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS)
  
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting
  
• Other Requirements: Ability to work rotating weekends, strong communication skills, good physical stamina, and ability to work independently

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to long-term care residents in accordance with state and facility standards.
  
• Lead and coordinate nursing team activities to ensure efficient patient care delivery during assigned shifts.
  
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, maintaining detailed documentation of patient status and interventions.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
