Fabletics is currently looking for a Senior Merchant - Scrubs & Accessories.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Senior Merchant, you will oversee category growth within some of the fastest growing areas, Scrubs & Accessories, with a focus on Margin & Revenue. In addition, the Senior Merchant is responsible for supporting brand objectives and developing a thorough understanding of the customer & marketplace. They collaborate to develop a seasonal growth strategy based on analysis of business performance, intimate understanding of the customer, competition, and overall market.

This position will report to the VP, Merchandising - Fabletics.

What you will do:

• Drive Growth by Developing Assortment Strategies with respect to Sub-Category Split, CC Counts, New vs. Carryover, Pricing & Margin.
• Cross functional leader - partner with Creative, Marketing, Design to Ensure All Assortment Strategies are Effectively Communicated and Cross Functional Strategies Support Department Objectives
• Build Roadmap with Design articulating newness needs by month as well as clear direction on carry over styles & CCs
• Partner with planning team to determine appropriate investment levels and adjust assortment as needed to drive results
• Analyze Sales in Season and Post-Season (Hindsight) to Identify Hits, Misses and Associated Actions. Utilize Learnings to Inform In Season Action and Future Season Assortment
• Master the market - continually review competition to identify opportunities & trends and unlock the next big thing
• Manage tools necessary to drive & analyze the business; Buy Plan, Roadmap, Line Plan, Selling Reports, etc.

What you can bring:

• BA or BS preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Merchandising/Buying
• Highly Strategic Thinker, Ability to Think Creatively and Analytically
• Tableau & Centric or PLM knowledge is preferable
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• A creative, results-oriented, self-starter & team player
• Project management skills, with a strong sense of focus, organization, and meticulous attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and prioritize efforts to meet evolving expectations
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, Word, Power Point
• Understanding of Google Sheets and Google Slides

The annual base salary range for this position is from $88,300-$110,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
