- Administer and configure APL's Enterprise Data Storage backup systems, including monitoring backups and resolving problems.
- Configure storage, troubleshoot and resolve storage performance issues, conduct capacity planning and performance tuning and respond to customer storage requests.
- Administer and configure Network Attached (NAS), Storage Area Network (SAN) and associated components.
- Upgrade software and apply patches to ensure storage platforms are in compliance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of storage administration experience configuring enterprise storage arrays.
- 2+ years of system administration experience with Linux/UNIX Servers with demonstrated experience writing and troubleshooting Linux scripts.
- A strong desire, initiative, and ability to continuously learn and acquire new technical skills.
- Are able to obtain Secret level security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
- Experience with data storage backup products, especially Cohesity.
- Experience with Isilon OneFS, Dell Unity XT, and/or NetApp management applications.
