- B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical, customer-focused field service role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, PLCs, and PCs for industrial applications.
- Understanding of ladder logic and proficiency with at least one ladder logic software.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, controls prints, and mechanical drawings.
- Proficient with standard electronic test equipment.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of motion control systems and material handling systems.
- Experience with PLC/robotic programming.
- Install and provide support for automation tools at semiconductor customer locations or assigned sites for extended periods.
- Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services.
- Coordinate installation, startup, validation, and commissioning of systems at customer facilities.
- Maintain a firm understanding of mechanical devices used in systems or tools (e.g., robots, conveyors).
- Ensure all documentation is current and accurate in coordination with the Documentation Department.
