- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent for a minimum of 5 years in Multifamily Highrise and Commercial construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR) are a plus.
