    One of our leading clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent who specialize in Multifamily Highrise and Commercial projects to join their team in Philadelphia. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in overseeing construction operations and ensuring the successful completion of high-profile projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
    • Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Superintendent for a minimum of 5 years in Multifamily Highrise and Commercial construction projects.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and resolve conflicts.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR) are a plus.
