    **Temporary Warehouse Coordinator - req863**

    **OVERVIEW**

    Brings together several facets of operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Level III employees have a full understanding of the job role and can apply their well-developed skill set to range of tasks, some of which are difficult in nature. They work under minimal supervision, though decisions are made under the close supervision of managers.

    **RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Performs administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping and receiving of goods.

    Communicates and coordinates with other locations and vendors to maintain inventory.

    Handles routine questions and problems.

    Confirms the accuracy of invoices and resolves credit problems.

    Logs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary.

    Maintains records and generates reports from customer satisfaction surveys and tracks program activities.

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    High School or GED: Vocational/Technical training in lieu of HS.

    Minimum: 2 years Related experience.

    Preferred: 4 years

    Temporary position, pay $17/hour DOE

    Location: 720 S. Powerline #E, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
