    Position Details:
    This full-time faculty position is on-campus and in-person.

    Texas Christian University is hiring for the position of Instructor in Management and Leadership in the Neeley School of Business. The successful candidate will begin employment in August 2024.
    The primary duty for this position is to teach undergraduate courses supporting offerings in management and leadership. Candidates must be able to teach courses on topics related to strategy, organizational management, organizational behavior, and/or leadership. Experience and ability to teach courses related to healthcare leadership is also desirable. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications.
    Candidates for the position should possess (or expect completion by August 2024) an earned master's degree or doctorate degree in business management or a closely related discipline (e.g., educational leadership). Preference will be given to candidates who provide evidence of excellence in teaching at the college level and who have professional experience in a business-related field.

    The TCU Neeley School of Business is comprised of six academic departments including Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Information Systems and Supply Chain Management, Management and Leadership, Marketing, and Finance. The TCU Neeley School of Business has an annual enrollment of 3, undergraduate and graduate students, 215 employees and 24,595 alumni.
