    **Job Description:**

    - **Position**: Pharmacist Inpatient
    - **Shift**: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)
    - **Block Schedules**: Yes
    - **Years of Experience**: 1 year(s) preferred
    - **Charting System**: Required - Epic
    - **Community Hospital Experience**: Preferred
    - **Travel Experience**: No

    **Certifications**:
    - IV Certification, RPh (preferred)

    **Skills**:
    - Dosing
    - Anticoagulation therapy*
    - Cardiac dosing*
    - Clinical dosing*
    - Pediatric dosing*
    - Pharmacokinetic dosing*
    - Renal dosing*
    - Therapeutic med monitoring*
    - Warfarin Dosing*
    - Medication dispensing systems
    - Pyxis*

    **Work Settings**:
    - Inpatient / Acute care
    - Intravenous preparation
    - Compounding
    - Sterile Technique

    **Scheduling Type**: Block
    - **Call Required**: Yes (on staffing days after hours)
    - **Weekend Coverage**: Every Other

    **Description**:
    - 26W 7ON/7OFF
    - 1YR/1ST TIMERS OK - Acute Care Exp Pharmacist - Req 9690
    - Pharmacist will staff 7 days on and 7 days off - Wednesday thru Tuesday
    - Pharmacy Hours are ; Call can be negotiated
    - Weekend coverage required every other weekend
