    * * *Summary:The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis performs a critical role within the OSS Sector.

    The position reports to the OSS Sector CFO, supporting an organization that achieves greater than $1.3B of annual revenue.

    We are seeking a dynamic finance professional with FP&A, program control, indirect cost management, and cash management experience that will drive process improvements across the organization while providing analysis and supporting key senior executive leadership decision making

    What you'll get to do:
    Responsible for all aspects of Sector financial reporting, financial modeling, and financial analysis.

    Perform as a key stakeholder in the Sector's long range strategic planning process, annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and financial close reporting.

    Collect, analyze, interpret, prepare, and brief financial presentations to senior executive leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis.
    Prepare in-depth revenue, margin, and expense analyses by collecting and analyzing data from multiple business systems.
    Responsible for indirect cost management and cash management.
    Create meaningful KPI's, track actuals, and report information as well as recommendations to senior executive leadership.
    Act as a thought leader responsible for making enterprise-wide improvements to business processes, business systems and work products.
    Responsible for ensuring internal controls are implemented, monitored, and followed.
    Perform ad hoc analysis as required.


    You'll Bring These Qualifications:


    Position requires 15+ years' progressive experience in Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Program/Project Control, Indirect Rate Management, and Cash Management.

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, similar field, or equivalent experience.
    Must be highly organized, drive projects to completion, influence others to achieve successful outcomes, and work effectively within team.
    Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite of products.

    Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills a must.
    Must possess excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, the ability to work independently and effectively complete multiple tasks.
    Advanced interpersonal skills; both an effective verbal and written communicator.
    Strong working knowledge of CostPoint, Cognos, and Hyperion.
    Experience working with all government contract types (CR, T&M, FFP, etc)

    Experience with government contracting regulations (CAS, US GAAP and FAR)What We Can Offer You:
