VCA Veterinary Specialist of CT is seeking a full time Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our Emergency & Critical Care team at our 24-7 general, emergency and specialty hospital in West Hartford, CT.

Full time, holiday rotation, Swing shift, including a weekend day.

We have an incredible leadership team and an onsite technician manager who is passionate about supporting our veterinary assistants and technicians.

Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
Some regional travel required
Facilitate communication of ideas, policies, standards and performance
Provide feedback related to associate performance, and collaborate with leadership to develop performance improvement plans
