DescriptionSales and Outreach Manager
For 130 years, Episcopal Homes of Minnesota has proudly served seniors in St. Paul's Midway neighborhood. Our vibrant, campus-style community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice, creating a true sense of community for residents and staff. Our campus features a fitness center, warm-water therapy pool, pub, movie theater, and gourmet dining.
We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Sales and Outreach Manager to lead sales strategy, community outreach, and partnership development across our full continuum of care. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about connecting older adults and families with meaningful services while driving occupancy and organizational growth.
Position Details
• $31.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, day shift

What You'll Do
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals
• Conduct tours, presentations, and consultations with prospective residents and families
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process and address questions or concerns
• Build trust and provide an exceptional experience for residents and families from first contact through move-in
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align outreach and promotional strategies
• Monitor market trends and advise senior leadership on opportunities and strategic adjustments
Community Outreach and Partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, faith-based organizations, and community partners
• Represent Episcopal Homes at community events, expos, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Serve as the primary liaison for external partnerships and outreach initiatives
Data Management and Reporting
• Track sales activities, referrals, and outcomes using CRM systems
• Manage and maintain prospect pipelines and waitlists
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on occupancy trends and sales performance
• Analyze market and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges
Team Leadership and Collaboration
• Supervise Admissions Coordinators and Sales Associates
• Use data and feedback to improve sales processes and CRM effectiveness
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless resident and family experience
• Engage campus staff and tenants in occupancy and growth initiatives
• Participate in staff and leadership meetings and contribute to organizational planning
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Two or more years of experience in senior living sales, healthcare, or a related industry
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and occupancy goals
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, and consultative sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Passion for working with older adults and supporting their families
