A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager at Fox Pest Control, you will lead our organization at the most important level, the client level. Your daily responsibilities will support Fox's overall growth and profitability by achieving and supporting key goals in Sales, Customer Service, Hiring, Retention, and others as designated. This challenging position requires dynamic thinking and creative problem-solving each day. As the main point of contact in a given region, you will be responsible for building and developing a team that embodies Fox's core values while establishing Fox as the leader in all pest management solutions. Each branch has a dedicated team of support staff to support you in route planning, management, customer service, billing, and collections.
What are we looking for?
Fox Pest Control seeks positive, ambitious business leaders with great integrity and an extreme sense of ownership. An ideal candidate practices a self-employed mentality and enjoys setting and reaching high goals. Servant leadership is a must.
