    Position Summary :
    Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of The Immaculata Fund and Grants.

    The The Fundraising and Grants Associate is tasked with identifying and building affinity alumni networks and planning programs for recent alumni and other affinity segments, supporting the class agent program, Charter Day of Giving, Lanterns of Love, Awards Reception auction, and other programs as assigned.


    ResponsibilitiesAffinity Alumni Networks:

    Work in conjunction with the Institutional Advancement team to expand and execute affinity programs such as 20Below program to engage the alumni of the last two decades and Senior Class giving.

    Affinity groups include but are not limited to: 20Below and its advisory council, Senior Class Giving, and Legacy.

    Recruit alumni volunteers to facilitate participation in affinity groups such as 20BelowAssist in development of content and materials to support affinity alumni networks and programmingDevelop and implement a robust list of programming for affinity alumni networksCollaborate and coordinate with various campus partners to achieve the goals of affinity alumni networksDevelop strategy to solicit annual giving support from affinity alumni networksAssist with pipeline development to grow Maxis level donorsActively seek to strengthen current constituent relationships and cultivate new connections.


    Alumni and Donor Events:
    Work with the Institutional Advancement team to plan and execute alumni and donor events

    Grants:
    Work collaboratively in conjunction with the Institutional Advancement team to support grant research and development.

    Prepare grant proposals, letters of intent and inquiry, interim and final reports, other materials, and steward funders as needed and appropriate.

    Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Fundraising/Marketing.2-4 years of established experience in fundraising, grant writing and annual giving.
    Demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Strong writer, well organized and detailed oriented.

    Thrives in a fun, team environment, working closely and collaboratively with others and a sense of humorKnowledge of general office equipment, including personal computers and spreadsheet programs required.

    Knowledge of CRM Fundraising software, preferably Raiser's EdgeKnowledge of direct mail methods, e-platforms and standards and experience with market-based segmentation.

    The ability to work evenings and weekends and some travel is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
