With the ongoing expansion of our business, we need a strong Technical Program Manager for the OCI Infrastructure Platform Engineering team.

This is a role that offers broad exposure to the OCI organization and will oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap.

The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and will require effective engagement across multiple OCI teams.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to contribute to the planning, design, and execution of processes with the product team and engineering.

They will drive decision-making and initiative implementation to achieve measurable impact for the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead for operational and engineering related programs, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.
Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results
Demonstrated understanding of what it takes to be successful on technical program and project management initiatives that are global in nature, understanding inter-dependencies between process, technology, and people
Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and ensure that project goals are in line with customer and business objectives
Drive and achieve successful change management through industry recognized approaches
Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance
Ensure that stated and unstated goals, business issues, concerns and priorities are surfaced and understood
Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness
Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.

US:

Hiring Range:
from $56,500 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
