Responsibilities

The Production Manager will partner with the Operations Manager to drive a strong personal safety, process safety, and environmental improvement plan to achieve Environmental, Health and Safety goals and ensure compliance with regulatory and permit requirements.

Develops operation employees and ensures career success via goal setting, performance management, promotion processes, and employee development plan.

Knows the business model and strategy for facility.

Explains to operations how the plant fits into the business and corporation.

Supports Operations Manager in leading the team to accomplish business and site reliability and budget goals.

Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and leads strategy elements to deliver results.

Relocation provided.

Requirements

The Production Manager will have a BS degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.

7 + years of engineering, manufacturing or related experiences required.

Experience working in a chemical manufacturing plant is and demonstrated leadership abilities and proven influential leadership skills in previous areas of responsibility.

Experience with chemical production or packaging production.

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
