    About the Role:

    The ACTUARIAL & COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR will be responsible for ensuring proper application of all insurance laws, rules, and regulations to support a thriving environment for companies and protection for consumers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on collaboration and results-driven culture.
    • Policy Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing policies and proposed changes, providing insights and recommendations to the Assistant Commissioner.
    • Research and Reporting: Oversee research initiatives to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the insurance landscape.
    • Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and assess carrier health.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
    • Unit Oversight: Supervise the Life, Accident and Health unit and the Property and Casualty unit, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
    • Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends in both LAH and PC sectors.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
    • Proven track record in managing teams and driving performance; ability to motivate and develop staff.

    Salary:

    $8,534.00 monthly salary.
