- Serving students from kindergarten to 12th grade
- Caseload may vary between 18-24 students
- Applicant must be able to travel to different locations within the district
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students who are blind or visually impaired.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Utilize adaptive materials and technology to facilitate student learning and independence.
- Conduct assessments and provide ongoing progress monitoring.
- Valid licensure/certification as a Teacher of the Blind and Visually Impaired.
- Experience or willingness to work with students from kindergarten to 12th grade.
- Ability to travel to different school buildings within the district.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
