    Help Patients Regain Strength and Independence

    As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CenterWell Home Health, you will deliver personalized care to patients in their homes, empowering them to regain strength, mobility, and independence.

    • Administer physical therapy treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists.
    • Perform manual therapeutic exercises, massage, traction heat light cold water electrical modalities as ordered.
