**Candidate(s) must be available at least three shifts per week - minimum one shift Saturday/Sunday**

We are open seven days a week.

Tuesday-Friday 6:30am-9:00pm

Saturday-Monday 6:30am-3:00pm

*This barista position has a candidate working both in our dining room and Drive-Thru.*

Responsibilities :

Preparing coffee following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, and lattes.

Replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment, maintaining supplies.

Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members.

Keep equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting, and performing or calling for necessary maintenance.

Greet all JavaVino guests by being attentive to them as soon as they walk through the door.

Create a welcome environment for guests, when appropriate refer to guests by their names.

Say yes Always try to find ways to accommodate a request.

Guide guests to their tables with menus.

Manage the floor plan and pay special attention to reservations and ensure they are seated in a timely manner.

Clean, organize, and stock menus at host area.

Answer phone and answer questions concerning the menu and the restaurant.

Observer the entire dining experience ensuring that every moment at the exceeds expectations
