WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide counsel to clients on a wide range of commercial & business litigation matters,

including contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property litigation, and corporate

governance issues

• Conduct legal research, draft documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary

teams—attorneys, paralegals, and support staff—to develop innovative and effective legal

strategies for commercial litigation cases

• Represent clients in administrative proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations

related to commercial & business litigation matters

• Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations and proactively advise clients on

compliance matters

REQUIREMENTS

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top accredited law school

• Admission to the Texas State Bar

• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial &

business litigation
