Job Summary
Main responsibility to locate, research and purchase land for acquisition.
Primary responsibilities include finding land opportunities, overseeing land mapping, negotiating and contracting land acquisitions, interfacing with the due diligence process as necessary,
and coordinating contractors involved in the development of the parcel. Management responsibilities include ensuring appropriate staffing to meet department needs,
utilizing recruiting tools to build organizational talent and delegating work according to employee abilities.
