    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Purchasing Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement applications, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various departments to optimize system performance. While experience with procurement concepts is advantageous, we value the ability to learn and grow in the role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct ongoing monitoring and oversight of third-party relationships.
    • Review supply agreements and contractual terms.
    • Develop and manage key metrics for outsourced services.
    • Support process improvements for operational efficiency.
    • Assist in identifying technology opportunities for Third-Party management.
    • Provide support in managing Third-Party risks throughout the relationship lifecycle.
    • Conduct quality assurance activities for various process artifacts.
    • Assist with program documentation and training initiatives.
    • Lead training sessions for relationship owners on program requirements.
    • Support project management activities and regulatory examinations.
    • Participate in oversight assessment processes and risk assessments.
    • Track and ensure timely closure of open issues within divisions.
    • Provide guidance to contract owners and relationship managers.
    • Analyze risk area control effectiveness and address gaps with supplier managers.

    Qualifications:

    • 7 years of Third Party Risk Management experience
    • 5 years of experience in Financial Services
    • 3 years of experience in developing and managing supplier risk processes
