- Review supply agreements and contractual terms.
- Develop and manage key metrics for outsourced services.
- Support process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Assist in identifying technology opportunities for Third-Party management.
- Provide support in managing Third-Party risks throughout the relationship lifecycle.
- Conduct quality assurance activities for various process artifacts.
- Assist with program documentation and training initiatives.
- Lead training sessions for relationship owners on program requirements.
- Support project management activities and regulatory examinations.
- Participate in oversight assessment processes and risk assessments.
- Track and ensure timely closure of open issues within divisions.
- Provide guidance to contract owners and relationship managers.
- Analyze risk area control effectiveness and address gaps with supplier managers.
- 7 years of Third Party Risk Management experience
- 5 years of experience in Financial Services
- 3 years of experience in developing and managing supplier risk processes
