    Description

    Our client ('Company'), a Phoenix-based psychotherapy clinic specializing in breaking psychological, emotional and behavioral patterns utilizing a suite of interventions (including psychedelic-assisted therapies, such as ketamine, with a TBD on others as they become legal) customized for each patient, is seeking a business-oriented psychiatrist to be the team's lead clinician and to lead clinic operations and growth.

    Ideal candidates will possess psychedelic-assisted therapy experience and/or past personal psychedelic experiences.

    Oversee Nurse Practitioners conducting med management

    Conduct thorough evaluations, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health and well-being.

    Stay informed of advancements in psychiatric care, integrating relevant findings and techniques into practice.

    Community Engagement:

    Participate in initiatives to educate and promote mental health awareness and the benefits of comprehensive care strategies.

    Desired Candidate Background and Therapeutic Style:

    Licensure:

    MD/DO with board certification in psychiatry and an active AZ license.

    Experience and Skills:

    Proficient in a broad spectrum of psychiatric treatments, with knowledge of ketamine therapy and potentially MDMA therapy as part of a wider therapeutic skill set.

    Patient-Centric:

    Demonstrated ability to deliver empathetic and effective care, prioritizing patient outcomes and satisfaction.

    Team Collaboration:
