    Position Overview: As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee both Warehouse and Branch Operations. Key responsibilities include leadership and talent management, business acumen, and executing new processes to drive efficiency and productivity.

    Top Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of 17 employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales and establish win-win partnerships.
    • Implement and monitor standards for prompt, professional service both in person and over the phone.
    • Collaborate with Outside Sales staff to identify customer needs, develop sales programs, and promote products effectively.
    • Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner, balancing customer requests with business needs.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Demonstrated customer experience skills.
    • Proven people management experience with a track record of effectively leading teams.
    • Background in distribution and/or wholesale operations.
    • Proficiency in operations and sales, with experience in point of sales and ERP systems.
    • Strong inventory control capabilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Motivated individual eager to grow with the company.
    • 5+ years of Operations and Management experience in the Distribution/Wholesale Industry.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure prompt, professional service for customers in person and over the phone.
    • Collaborate with Outside Sales staff to drive sales and understand customer needs.
    • Develop relationships with customers to establish partnerships.
    • Resolve customer complaints and disputes effectively and professionally.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • 5+ years of Manager or Assistant Manager experience in the wholesale/distribution industry.
    • Knowledge of wholesale distribution, branch operations, inventory management, sales, and marketing.
    • Understanding of human resource management principles.
