    Description
    Position Overview:Seeking an experienced Accountant 1 to manage financial records and accounting processes for our client's franchise. Responsible for accurate reporting, compliance, and financial insights. Requires strong organizational skills and accounting expertise.

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain complete and accurate financial records.
    • Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
    • Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting.
    • Prepare financial reports and analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and audits.
    • Manage payroll and cash flow.
    • Provide financial support and guidance.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Accountant
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Familiarity with tax regulations and payroll processing.
    • Analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Excel.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
