Description
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Provide engineering support to our sales managers in pre-sales activities.
Design electrical systems based on drives/power converters; and integrate them to motors, grid connections, batteries, etc.
Explore system simulations and other electrical studies.
Build systems in our application development center and get them working as intended.
Travel to ports, power plants, factories, ships, etc. to commission systems and on-site troubleshooting.
Training of our customers and colleagues on Danfoss products and applications.
Assist sales managers to secure projects.
Execution of the project to customers' satisfaction.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, with relevant work experience.
Willing to travel regionally and locally to customer sites (office, testbed, industrial sites, on board vessels, etc).
Independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Up to date with Office 365 (not limited to just Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to use applications to their full modern-day possibilities.
